Welcome to Mindful Survivor. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Mindful Survivor and Project Zenith LLC. Mindful Survivor operates this website, including related information, content, features, tools, links, resources, and services, in order to provide visitors with information, educational content, book resources, and links to third-party purchasing platforms (the "Services").

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when you visit, interact with, or use our Services.

Important Note About Amazon Purchases

Mindful Survivor does not currently process purchases, payments, shipping, returns, or order fulfillment directly through this Site. Product links on this Site may redirect users to Amazon or another third-party website, where purchases are completed under that third party’s terms, conditions, and privacy practices.

Questions about Amazon purchases, Kindle delivery, shipping, refunds, returns, or account issues should be directed to Amazon. We are not responsible for Amazon’s checkout process, delivery, refunds, return policies, customer service, or technical issues.

Mindful Survivor, The Mindful Survivor, Homesteading for the Mindful Survivor, related names, logos, designs, and slogans are trademarks, service marks, or brand identifiers of Mindful Survivor, Project Zenith LLC, or their affiliates or licensors. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

Section 7: User Feedback and Messages

If you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, testimonials, proposals, comments, or other content to us ("Feedback"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use that Feedback for purposes related to operating, improving, promoting, or documenting the Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This includes, without limitation, any damages related to errors or omissions in content, reliance on information provided through the Services, third-party purchases, affiliate links, Amazon purchases, website interruptions, or loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the Services.
